We have been looking for a double stroller to take the kids for walks and such~
I have to tell the story because I do not believe this happened from coincidence.
D.A had a tourney today, so I was at home with the babes~ At about 12 o clock, Edy Rooks ( a good friend) calls and says, " Hey do you want to go check out the resale up at the fairgrounds, I can throw some shoes on and you can go over." We went back and forth about going, when I just said, "Well the baby is down for his long nap and Kayce is about to go down, SURE I am looking for a double stoller" So within 10 minutes she was here, and I was OFF~ So I get there with 30 minutes left to the whole ordeal~ I run out of my car into the first building...it's downpouring outside, and I'm DRENCHED...I spot the strollers right away...$100 bucs, $124...not really my price range...so I went to the next building, arriving a little more DRENCHED~ I see this double stroller sitting there, and I'm thinking , " Ok..this is had to belong to someone" I approach the stroller, the tag says " 34 BUCS" I checked it out, and inside my heart is smiling~ So I had a couple minute to spare..I checked some other things out..and by that time..it was time to check out. I get to the check out table, and this lady was standing at the end of the table with a marker...she comes up and MARKS THE STROLLER HALF OFF~ I got this stroller for 16 BUCS~ Its just what I wanted..and the babies car seat fits right in~
Praise the Lord for HIS timing...I suppose it's good to be LATE sometimes~
